Okay, so, I was looking for a tutorial for the Paint Shop thingie (I likes tutorials~ ), and I found a tutorial for making things glow on some Paint Sai thingie, so, of course, I checked out this Sai thing, and when I found it, I was like "OMIGOSH, I CAN DOWNLOAD THIS FOR FREE AND KEEP IT FOREVERRRRR!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!!?!?!?11!?!?/!?!? " So I've been fiddling with it for awhile, and (although the Jasc Paint Shop Pro thingie is better to me) I like this alot!!! x3
ITS SO FREAKING EASY TO USE!!! AND YOU CAN MAKE A LAYER SPECIFICALLY FOR LINEART, AND IT MAKES THE LINES ALL.... STUFAJIGGISH IN A WAY I DON'T KNOW HOW TO SAY IT!!!!!!! xD

But Jasc has stamp thingies! (fire works, butterflies, circle things, ect~)
